Annualised funding (APR)
Annualised funding expresses a funding rate as a yearly percentage: the rate per interval times the number of intervals in a year. A rate of 0.01% every eight hours is 0.01% × 3 × 365 = 10.95% a year.
Annualising lets you compare venues that settle at different intervals, and it is how the AlgoBee screener quotes every venue. It is not a forecast: funding changes every interval, and a rate that holds for an hour rarely holds for a year.
